Medical gas sources and pipeline system

The scope of work carried out at the ATTIS Medical Center in Warsaw. Prepared on the Investor’s requirements and the guidelines of EN ISO 7396-1: 2016-07:

1. Modernization of the oxygen system:

transfer of the existing system to a new room;
installation of the second oxygen concentrator system with a capacity of 100 l / min;
replacement of the cylinder reserve switch over system;
assembly of a second oxygen controller;
installation of dew point and carbon monoxide monitor.

2. Air system

adding a third compressor;
modernization of the air drying system;
installation of dew point and carbon monoxide monitor.

3.Vacuum system

installation of 3^rd pump;
replacement of the controller with one equipped with the MODBUS protocol;
modernization of the electrical cabinet.

4. Pipeline system

instalation of a new medical gas riser from basement up to the 4th floor with branches on each floor along the way;
execution of a complete new pipeline installation on the 4th floor;
assembly of 3 pieces of zone control units.

5. Central signaling system

connection of the vacuum controller via MODBUS;
connection of a dew point monitor and carbon monoxide monitor from medical compressors;
connection of the master controller of concentrators and carbon monoxide monitor;
connection of a new switch over system from oxygen cylinder reserve to the gas monitoring system;
connection of valve boxes to the signaling system;
installation of new medical gas alarm cables from the 4th floor to the basement level;
connecting the gas monitoring system to the hospital’s LAN network;
software installation on a computer.
